This means you must not introduce viruses, malware, or any code that could harm the Site or other users. Also, do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our servers, or networks (no hacking, password “mining,” or any other illegitimate access).
- Harass or Harm Others: Do not use the Site to harass, threaten, abuse, or harm another person. This includes any form of communication on the Site (such as comments or contact forms) that is defamatory, libelous, obscene, hateful, or otherwise offensive. We aim to foster a respectful community, so any form of bullying, hate speech, or discrimination will not be tolerated.
- Impersonation or False Identity: Do not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone when interacting with our Site. For example, do not pretend to be an administrator of Show You The Money Academy if you are not, and do not give false information about yourself.

Automated use of the Site (such as using bots or scripts to copy content or send requests) is not allowed without our express permission. Additionally, do not use the Site in a way that could overburden or impair our infrastructure.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if you violate any of the above rules or engage in behavior that we determine is harmful to the Site or other users. We also reserve the right to remove or delete any user-generated content (such as comments) that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our discretion.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content and materials on Show You The Money Academy are protected by intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise indicated, we (or our content suppliers) own the intellectual property rights to all content on the Site. This includes, but is not limited to, the text of articles and tutorials, blog posts, images, graphics, logos, videos, designs, and the overall look and feel of the website. The name “Show You The Money Academy” and our logos and taglines are our trademarks/service marks as well.

For example, you may read our articles, share links to our posts on social media, or print a copy for your personal reference. However, this does not mean you can freely reuse our content elsewhere. Unless you have our explicit written permission, you may NOT:
- Reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content on any other website, blog, publication, or platform.
- Copy our articles in full (or substantial part) and post them on your own site or any public forum.
- Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on our content for distribution or commercial use.
- Use any of our logos, branding, or trademarks in your own materials (e.g., websites, marketing materials) without our prior consent.
- Use our content for commercial purposes, such as in courses, seminars, or for consulting, without permission.
If you would like to share a snippet or excerpt of our content, you should provide proper attribution. This means clearly crediting Show You The Money Academy and, if online, providing a hyperlink to the original content on our Site. Any use of our content must not mislead others or distort the context of the content.
User-Generated Content: If our Site allows users to post content (for example, commenting on blog posts or participating in a forum/discussion), you retain ownership of the content you post. However, by posting content on our Site, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, translate, and display that content on our Site and in any other media formats related to the Site. This license is necessary for us to display your comments or contributions (for instance, if you comment on a post, we need the rights to show that comment publicly).

No Financial or Investment Advice
The content provided on Show You The Money Academy is for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive to offer useful and accurate financial information, nothing on this Site should be taken as personal financial, investment, or professional advice. We are not a registered investment advisor or brokerage, and we do not know the details of your individual financial situation.
Not a Client Relationship: Your use of the Site does not create any kind of professional advisory relationship between you and us. Even though the author(s) behind Show You The Money Academy may be knowledgeable in finance (and even hold professional credentials such as a financial advisor license), they are not acting as your personal financial advisor through this Website. The insights and information presented are general in nature. For advice tailored to your specific needs and circumstances, you should consult a licensed financial advisor, accountant, attorney, or other appropriate professional.
Consult Professionals: We encourage you to seek the advice of qualified professionals before making any significant financial decisions. For example, before implementing investment strategies, altering your retirement plan, or making major financial moves based on content from our Site, speak with a financial planner or advisor who can consider your unique situation. Show You The Money Academy’s content should be one of many resources you consider, not the sole basis for important financial decisions.
Any reliance you place on the information on this Site is at your own risk. If you choose to apply concepts or strategies from our articles, you assume full responsibility for the results of those actions. (We expand on this in the “Limitation of Liability” section below.)
Disclaimer of Warranties
Show You The Money Academy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or guarantees of any kind regarding the Site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Accuracy and Completeness: We do not warrant that the information on our Site is completely accurate, up-to-date, or error-free. While we do our best to research and verify the content we publish, finance is a dynamic field. Laws change, market conditions fluctuate, and new information may emerge that could affect the accuracy of what’s presented here. We cannot guarantee that every post reflects the most current information or that our analyses are complete.
- Fitness for Purpose: We do not guarantee that the content on the Site is suitable for your particular needs or circumstances. The information is general and provided for informational purposes — it might not apply to you or might not be appropriate for your situation.
- Availability and Security: We do not warrant that the Site will be available at all times, or that it will be free from downtime, delays, or errors. We also cannot guarantee that the Site (or the server that makes it available) is free of viruses or other harmful components, though we make efforts to maintain security. You are responsible for having appropriate internet security protections (like antivirus software).
Use at Your Own Risk: Any material you download or otherwise obtain through the use of our Site is done at your own discretion and risk. You will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from downloading or accessing any content.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above disclaimers may not apply to you. In such cases, any warranties that cannot be disclaimed are limited to the shortest period and fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Show You The Money Academy and its owners, contributors, employees, or affiliates will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Site or reliance on the information provided. This includes any and all types of damages or claims, such as:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
- Punitive or special damages,
- Damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use,
- Claims related to errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content,
- Personal injury or property damage of any nature resulting from access to or use of our Site,
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein,
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Site,
- Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through our Site by any third party, and/or
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Site.
In plain language: We will not be responsible if something goes wrong while you’re using our Site or acting on our content. For example, if you read about an investment on our blog and it performs poorly, or if our site is temporarily unavailable and you miss some information, those outcomes are part of the risk of using free online content. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using the Site.
Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, our liability in those jurisdictions shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Third-Party Links and Content
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Show You The Money Academy. This includes, for example, links to other blogs, references to external resources, or advertisements (such as Google AdSense ads) that, when clicked, take you to a third-party site.
No Endorsement or Control: A link to a third-party website or service is not an endorsement, approval, or recommendation by us. We do not have control over the content, offerings, or privacy practices of these external sites. If you follow a link to another website, those third parties will have their own terms and policies which you should review.
External Content: We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any third-party materials that may be referenced or linked on our Site. For instance, if one of our articles links to a news story or a government website for additional information, we are not liable if that external content is outdated or incorrect.
Transactions with Third Parties: Any dealings you have with third parties found via our Site (such as buying a product or service from an advertisement or an affiliate link) are solely between you and that third party. Show You The Money Academy is not responsible for any issues arising from those dealings. If you purchase a product or sign up for a service via a link on our Site, be sure to understand the terms and conditions of that purchase or service, as we have no involvement in the transaction.
In summary, when you leave our Site (by clicking external links), you should understand that our terms and policies no longer apply, and we cannot be held responsible for what happens on other sites.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Show You The Money Academy and its owners, authors, contributors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal costs) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your Use of the Site: Any use of the Site or its content by you that violates these Terms or any applicable law.
- Your Violation of These Terms: Breach of any provision of these Terms of Service by you.
- Your Violation of Rights: Any claim that you caused damage to a third party, including (but not limited to) violation of any intellectual property right, privacy, publicity, or other legal right of a third party, or any defamatory or infringing content posted by you (if the Site allows user content).
This indemnification obligation means that if another person or entity brings a claim against us related to something you did (for example, someone sues us because of a comment you posted that violated their rights, or due to an action you took based on our content that somehow causes a dispute), you will cover our costs and damages to the extent that claim arises from your actions or violations.
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you (at your expense), and in such case, you agree to cooperate with our defense of that claim. You agree not to settle any such matter without our prior written consent.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise or update these Terms of Service from time to time at our sole discretion. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes to the Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.
If we make material changes to the Terms, we may provide additional notice (such as posting a prominent announcement on our Site or notifying users via email if you have provided one), but it is ultimately your responsibility to be aware of the current Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
By continuing to use the Site after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new or modified terms, you must stop using the Site.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By using the Site, you agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Show You The Money Academy related to this Site (or content on the Site) shall be brought exclusively in the courts of California, USA. You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections such as inconvenient forum. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect, and the invalid portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties.
